DoSomething
DoSomething.org is the premiere organisation for teens and social change for people 25 years and under. Millions of young people are engaged in fascinating campaigns with amazing results, such as Teens for Jeans; Grandparents Gone Wire, Collecting Cans; Bullying & Violence; Environment; and many more.
Non-profits, educators, and social change activists are always talking about creating movements. But with youth and social change, the movement is already here. Do Something believes teenagers everywhere can improve their communities. They leverage communications technologies to enable teens to convert their ideas and energy into action. The aim is to inspire, empower and celebrate a generation doers: teenagers who recognize the need to do something, believe in their ability to get it done, and then take action.
