Bridges over the Sea

For the fourth time young people and civil servants all over the Baltic Sea Region will get together to discuss the past, present and most of all the future of the Baltic Sea Region. The 4th UBC Youth Conference will be hosted by the city of Kristiansand in the south of Norway on 22-25 September 2009.

The conference days include workshops on environment and lifestyle influence on it, economy, different cultures and beliefs, different European possibilities for youth, and many other topics of concern to youth in Europe and in the Baltic Sea Region.

The results of the conference will be published in a "Book of Proposals" as a continuation of the "Book of Possibilities" and the "Book of Demands" from previous conferences.
