What are the key elements of an effective leader?

Raising standards of pupil achievement in schools requires many complex functions to be performed. Arguably the key function is one of effective leadership. Much international research has been done into the effects of different models of leadership but it would be interesting to hear of examples of key leadership actions which they see as contributing to the consistent improvement of pupils’ achievements in schools. What do you believe are the absolutely key elements of an effective leader?

Mon second est - ce poids. Poids normal des jetons présents au moment du casino (roulement de tambour!) - de 8,5 à 10 grammes. Toutes les puces utilisées dans machine а sous, ont un poids au sein de cette gamme. Malheureusement, Internet est une énorme quantité d'informations trompeuses et contradictoires sur le poids des jetons de poker.
